Tigh Beag Chalet

The weekly rental rates by season are as follows:-

November to February incl.	May, June and September	July and August	October, March and April	Christmas and New Year
£275.00	£450.00	£500.00	£375.00	£500.00

Tenants pay for electricity by a £1 meter, and the rental is not subject to VAT.

A deposit of 20% of the total rent is due with the written confirmation of the booking.
Full payment is required by the end of February or within 30 days if booked after February.

In the event of a cancellation, I will try to re-let the chalet, and would expect the cancelling tenant to do likewise. If this fails, the latter remains liable for the balance of the rental. It is therefore advisable that you insure against any such eventuality, either through personal insurance or through a Tourist Board recommended company such as Hotelsure Cancellation Insurance, PO Box 18, Southend-on-Sea, Essex SS9 6AU
