Important: A deposit of 20% of the total rent should be sent to R&G Whitecross, Ardrisnich, 111-115 Achmelvich, Lochinver, Sutherland, IV27 4JB. Once we have received your cheque we will send you an email to confirm your booking.

Full payment is required by the end of February or within 30 days if booked after February. In the event of a cancellation, I will try to re-let the chalet, and would expect the cancelling tenant to do likewise. If this fails, the latter remains liable for the balance of the rental. It is therefore advisable that you insure against any such eventuality, either through personal insurance or through a Tourist Board recommended company such as Hotelsure Cancellation Insurance, PO Box 18, Southend-on-Sea, Essex SS9 6AU
